- Alfred Javal, eldest son of Emmanuel, was the owner of Parfums Houbigant as the Javal-Parquet, Perfumers, 19, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore in Paris. He married a Dreyfus then Rose Otterbourg and had Fernand, Andrée and Alice.
- It seems that after the second world war Fernand Javal has attended Zionist circles, there met his great-aunt by marriage, Lily Jean-Javal.
